01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 87p. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 87p regarding your use of the platform, including all games, features, payment services, and content available at 87p.fun.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the platform, you are confirming that you have read these terms carefully and that you agree to abide by them. This agreement applies regardless of the device or method you use to access 87p — whether through a mobile browser, desktop, or any other means.

If you are using 87p on behalf of someone else or as a representative, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. However, 87p is a personal use platform and does not support business or third-party accounts.

02 Eligibility

To use 87p, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 87p is strictly an adult platform and access by minors is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler or self-excluded from online gaming platforms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering your account.
• You must not open or operate more than one account on the 87p platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.

87p reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.

03 Your Account

Each user of 87p is permitted to hold one account only. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

When registering, you must provide a valid email address, accurate personal information, and a strong password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact 87p support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including 87p support staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Update your account details promptly if any personal information changes.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account under any circumstances.

87p reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acting against the interests of the platform and its users. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any funds held may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for an extended period — may be subject to an inactivity policy. Users will be notified before any action is taken on an inactive account balance.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 87p are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and direct bank transfer. No foreign currency accounts or third-party currency conversion is supported.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction. 87p does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges depending on your account type — this is outside 87p's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — details are shown in the withdrawal section of your account. 87p reserves the right to carry out identity checks before processing withdrawal requests.

• Deposits must come from a payment method owned by the account holder.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a method in the same name as the registered account.
• 87p may require documentation before releasing large withdrawal amounts.
• Any suspected misuse of the payment system may result in account suspension pending investigation.

05 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 87p — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and bingo — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or section of the platform and take precedence over general platform terms in the event of a specific conflict.

Bets placed on 87p are binding once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or reversed except in specific circumstances defined within individual sport or game rules, such as event cancellation or technical error.

• Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes results declared by the ICC or relevant board.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino game, the hand or round may be voided at the platform's discretion.
• Slot game results are generated by certified random number generation processes. Results cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived patterns.
• Bingo game outcomes are determined by the platform's game engine and are final once the game completes.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, game vulnerabilities, or loopholes for financial gain will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings derived from such activity.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

87p may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, or other incentives to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. Where bonus-specific terms exist, they apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria will be stated clearly with each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses may have an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance that expires will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 87p reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In cases where a bonus has already been credited to an account, users will be notified before any changes take effect.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other methods — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 87p platform. Any user found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with any associated funds reviewed accordingly.

• Opening or operating more than one account on 87p, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match fixing, event manipulation, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sports betting on 87p.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 87p staff through any channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or circumvent security measures.
• Using the platform in a manner that is intended to disrupt service for other users.

08 Privacy and Data

87p collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, process payments, provide customer support, and comply with security obligations. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, and used are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By registering an account with 87p, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal information is used solely for account management, payment processing, and platform security purposes.
• 87p does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is handled through secure, encrypted channels. Full payment account numbers are not stored on 87p servers.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data 87p holds about you. Requests should be submitted through the support channel.
• Account closure does not result in immediate deletion of all data. 87p retains records for the period required under applicable obligations, after which data is securely removed.

09 Limitation of Liability

87p provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous and reliable service, 87p does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from service outages, maintenance periods, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.

• 87p is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure that occurred through no fault of the user, provided that the affected game or bet is voided and no deduction is made from the user's account balance.
• 87p is not responsible for third-party payment delays or failures outside the platform's control, including delays by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or banking providers.
• Any advice, commentary, or game strategy content on the platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. 87p does not guarantee outcomes and accepts no liability for decisions made by users based on such content.
• 87p's total liability to any individual user in connection with any single incident or claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that user's account at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

87p is an entertainment platform. Gaming should be enjoyable and should never be treated as a way to earn money or resolve financial difficulties. We strongly encourage all users to approach the platform with a clear budget, a time limit, and a commitment to playing within their means.

• Set a PKR budget for each session before you start and do not exceed it regardless of outcomes.
